### Steps to reproduce

I have a program that I put elsewhere in my system and created a junction to my programs folder. (Cuz that's where powertoys run was set to look for apps previously. On that note I wish I could config ComPalette the same way.)

This stumps Command Palette.

Launch app

Nothing happens
