### Steps to reproduce

Install an app using ClickOnce, type its name in Command Palette.

### ✔️ Expected Behavior

The app is shown with its icon

### ❌ Actual Behavior

The app is shown with a generic icon

### Additional Information

Works fine in Raycast. Was really surprised that a tool ported from MacOS works better with MS tech then MS's own tool.

Start in the Command Palette app-discovery and icon-loading paths, then reproduce the issue with an app installed via ClickOnce. Compare the discovered app with one installed by another method and trace where its icon is selected. Done means the ClickOnce-installed app appears in Command Palette with its own icon rather than the generic icon.
