Find My Mouse opacity slider missing in v0.97.1, causing full black screen instead of dimming even the spotlight will be solid white

### Steps to reproduce

Install or update to PowerToys v0.97.1

Open PowerToys → Mouse Utilities → Find My Mouse

Observe that the opacity slider is missing

Trigger Find My Mouse (shake mouse)

Screen becomes fully black and the spotlight will be solid white

### Expected Behavior

Is this the expected behaviour to change the opacity from the colour picker in v0.97.1 onwards or is it a bug

### Actual Behavior

Opacity slider is missing from the UI

Default opacity is now fully opaque

Screen blacks out entirely and the spotlight section is solid white when Find My Mouse activates

Transparency can only be changed by manually adjusting the alpha value inside the color picker
