Description

### Description of the new feature / enhancement

In addition to the existing options, add another option to chose a radius to disable at the corners of the screen. It should apply to each display.

### Scenario when this would be used?

This helps with clicking the close in different windows, Start or peek desktop easily without unexpected consequences of cursor moving onto the next screen.

### Supporting information

I used to use Input Director's Cursor Wrap feature: it has the corner disabling option which saved a lot of misclicks. [Reference here](https://inputdirector.com/quickstart-usage.html#:~:text=Don%27t%20allow%20transitions%20near%20a%20monitor%27s%20corner)

It'd be helpful if the same logic is applied here.

Research direction

The issue names no implementation files or tests; start by locating the existing Cursor Wrap feature and its display-specific options. Define how a configurable corner radius should behave on each display, then verify that wrapping is blocked only within those corners while existing transitions remain unchanged elsewhere.
