Automatically disable CursorWrap when using Mouse Without Borders to control secondary machine

### Description of the new feature / enhancement

The new Cursor Wrap utility is awesome and so is Mouse Without Borders, but they don't play well together. I use top-to-bottom wrapping on my primary machine and have my MWB layout arranged horizontally, but that causes issues when I try to move my cursor vertically on my secondary machine. MWB parks the primary machine's cursor at the top of the screen when controlling the secondary machine, which makes it so that _any_ vertical movement on the secondary display makes MWB think I'm trying to pass through the top or bottom of my primary display and it wraps the cursor back to my primary machine. This is not always an issue, but it happens just often enough to be annoying. Ideally it would stop trying to wrap when my cursor moves from my primary display(s) to my secondary machine.

I would love to see PowerToys intelligently disable CursorWrap when I use Mouse Without Borders to move my cursor to my secondary machine, and enable it again when I move back to my primary machine.
