Description

### Description of the new feature / enhancement

1. can there be portal animations for CursorWrap like in the Portal Games? with customizable colors for each portal?
2. can there be the ability to set a different way to use quick accent? like pressing shift and an arrow key along with the letter pressed? or shift+space to trigger the popup? or an option to only make it enabled in certain programs? or a "hide in fullscreen option"
3. can there be kurdish letters in quick accent when typing in arabic?

thank you for your time, you developers are awesome! :D

### Scenario when this would be used?

1. portal animations look cool
2. it's annoying when I'm in a game and accidentally trigger quick accent rather than do an in-game action, enabling game mode no longer helps for some reason and I can't set exclusions for the executable file names for all of my games.
3. I sometimes need to type kurdish letters when texting in arabic but installing the kurdish keyboard for only a few different letters is a muscle-memory nighmare.

Research direction

The issue names CursorWrap and Quick Accent but no files, tests, or entry points. First locate those utilities and review their existing behavior and related feature guidance; the three independent requests need separate scopes and acceptance checks before work can begin. Done would require an agreed outcome and validation for each requested feature.
