Description of the new feature / enhancement
I want to keep a dashboard open on top of my other windows. That works great! But I'd also like to have some way to constrain the "full screen" view of my browser page to the smaller window. I get that this is a browser thing, more so than a power toys AOT thing.
Scenario when this would be used?
I rely on being able to see a browser page that updates every 10-12 minutes. Sure, it's trivial, but so many of the power toys are seemingly trivial but boy they do some helpfull things.
