Allow Remapping For More Shortcuts

### Description of the new feature / enhancement

In Keyboard Manager, I'm unable to assign a shortcut that maps to Win+L. I want to be able to do this.

### Scenario when this would be used?

To remap a hard to reach key combo to something easier. I've already remapped a single key to press Win-Alt-K to toggle microphone during a meeting, now I want to remap a single key to press Win-L for me so I can lock the screen with one hand.

### Supporting information

Because an accessibility issue, I cannot easily press Win+L. It requires two hands and I would prefer to make a shortcut I can activate with one hand. I
