Description
### Description of the new feature / enhancement
CursorWrap is convenient, but it gets annoying if you're in full-screen RDP.
I'd like it to automatically disable itself when in full-screen RDP.
### Scenario when this would be used?
Since CursorWrap is active, when you move the mouse to your head, the RDP bar that allows you to return to the PC or simply close RDP does not appear, you have to wait a bit and it does not always appear.
### Supporting information
Release v0.97.1

Research direction
Start by locating the CursorWrap implementation and any existing Windows window or remote-session detection paths; the issue names no files or tests. Determine how full-screen RDP should be identified and when CursorWrap must disable itself, then verify the behavior in a full-screen RDP session and ensure normal desktop use is unchanged.
