Command Palette: Add settings for what network info to copy

### Description of the new feature / enhancement

Right now, when you press Enter on network information (Command Palette > Windows System commands > Network), it copies all network information. It would be handy if there was a setting allowing us to directly copy the IP address (or other information) instead.

### Scenario when this would be used?

In PowerToys run, network information is displayed separately, hence selecting an item directly copies that info. For example, I got really used to press Alt+Space, type "ip wifi", and press Enter to get my current IP address.

Determine how the requested setting should choose which network detail is copied; done means the setting is available and Enter copies the selected information instead of all network information.
