In Chromium-based browsers, some keyboard shortcuts cannot be mapped correctly.

### ✔️ Expected Behavior

In Chromium-based browsers, executing the shortcut key mapping correctly (I am currently swapping Ctrl and Alt).

### ❌ Actual Behavior

Some keyboard shortcuts are not responding.
For example, the target shortcut is Alt + T. When I press the corresponding keys with the keyboard manager disabled, the function works correctly;
However, when I enable the keyboard manager and swap Ctrl and Alt, pressing Ctrl (mapped to Alt) + T does not execute the correct function in the application.
