Steps to reproduce
  1. Open PowerToys Settings
  2. Click on "Command Palette" in the quick access section
  3. Activate PowerToys Run with the shortcut (alt+space)

✔️ Expected Behavior

CmdPal closes and PowerToys Run opens

❌ Actual Behavior

PowerToys Run opens on top of CmdPal and cmdpal doesn't close
