### Steps to reproduce

I have copied a .wma file captured from OneNote - a meeting audio file - and I want to convert it to an MP3 to capture the transcript.
Activating the Advanced Paste shortcut (Shift+Windows Key+V) triggers the Advanced Paste dialog but the window freezes and there are no options to select the desired output. The text box asking to describe the action is not allowing input:

The previous version would present me with the option to transcode to mp3 and it worked.

### ❌ Actual Behavior

Nothing. The Advanced Paste dialog freezes.
