### Steps to reproduce

Use Command Palette to search for/open the Windows Settings > Bluetooth & Devices > Cameras page.

1. Open Command Palette

Searching for `cameras` in the start menu search returns the `Manage cameras` Settings result.

Research direction

Start in the Command Palette and reproduce the issue by searching for `$ cameras` on Windows 11. Compare the returned legacy Scanners and Cameras result with the expected Manage cameras Windows Settings page; done means the expected Settings result is returned instead.
