### Steps to reproduce

when clicking the powertoys tray icon once, it takes a ~0.5s delay to open the powertoys tray drawer.

when double-clicking the powertoys window opens immediately though.

the problem is still not solved in v0.97.0, although the changelog says so.

happens on both of my machines:

ryzen 5600X, 32gb ddr4-3200, wd black sn850 m.2 pcie 4.0 as system ssd, radeon rx590
ryzen 6600hs, 16 GB LPDDR5-6400, m.2 pcie 4.0 as system ssd, apu graphics
