Description

### Description of the new feature / enhancement

Would it be possible to add a small timer and stop watch extension to Command Palette please? I use timers all the time and this would skip having to use the clock app.

It would be so cool if you could type "5 m" into the search bar and it suggests "start a 5 minute timer" and "open timer", or if you type "5:30" and it suggests "start a 5 minute 30 second timer".

I don't know what is needed to make a feature like this or what level of complexity/ time is involved in developing this.

### Scenario when this would be used?

This would be very useful for starting timers without using your mouse or having to use other apps. This would be especially useful during exam prep when I time how long I spend answering a question.
