### Steps to reproduce

1. Enable Quick Accent in PowerToys settings.
2. Open Google Chrome and navigate to Google Translate. _(Note: This is just an example; in some applications it is working fine, in others the issue occurs)._
3. Type a letter, for example 'a', and trigger Quick Accent.
5. Observe the toolbar: Instead of Alpha (α), it displays unrelated characters like Tau (τ).
6. Dismiss the menu and trigger it again on the same letter ('a').
7. Observe the toolbar: It displays a different unrelated character, like Pi (π).

### ✔️ Expected Behavior

When pressing 'a' with the Greek set enabled, the toolbar should consistently show Alpha (α) and related variations.

### ❌ Actual Behavior

The toolbar displays characters unrelated to the pressed key (e.g., Tau or Pi for the key 'a'). The behavior is inconsistent and changes upon repeated activation.
