### ✔️ Expected Behavior

**Always on Top** is listed as **Pin a window**. I know that is the same but why use a synonym?
There are two entries for **Activation** with different icons but that isn't very helpful to know what they do. The first one is for **Find My Mouse** and should say that. The second is for **Quick Accent** and should use that text.

Also, the Command Palette doesn't have any obvious way to close it using a mouse. I have to use Alt+F4.

And, although I have mentioned this for several years now, how does one update the Quick Access window?

Research direction

Start by reproducing the reported labels in Shortcut Guide, then check Command Palette and Quick Access for the mouse-close and update concerns. Done would require clearly identifying the affected commands, resolving the ambiguous Shortcut Guide entries, and determining the expected Command Palette and Quick Access behavior.
