Description

See discussion in https://github.com/microsoft/PowerShell-FeatureFlags/pull/35. It doesn't seem trivial to update the code to support NJsonSchema 10.x, but at some point we should do it (or use another library like https://github.com/gregsdennis/json-everything).

Research direction

Start with the discussion in the linked pull request and inspect how the project currently uses NJsonSchema. Determine whether the code can support NJsonSchema 10.x or needs the proposed alternative library; done means the dependency choice and required compatibility changes are resolved.
