Description
When uploading a file to a chat bot in Copilot Studio, the file content can be used but not the file name;
Why is this not included as a variable when the bot displays the file name after upload? I would expect "Topic.Attachment.FileName" to be available using PowerFx for example?

Research direction
No repository file or test is named; start by locating the attachment file record type and the Power Fx property or variable exposure used by Copilot Studio. Done means the uploaded attachment's file name is available through the requested FileName value, such as Topic.Attachment.FileName.
