Description

This should allow us to eliminate SelfNode and ParentNode, which are reserved identifiers for Canvas, but don't apply to all hosts.

Research direction

Start by tracing how Power Fx Core represents and resolves SelfNode and ParentNode, then identify the host-specific rules for reserved identifiers. Clarify the intended Core API and compatibility behavior before changing anything; the work is done when reserved identifiers are supported for applicable hosts and the redundant node types can be removed without breaking Canvas behavior.
