Description
We're getting some hangs in intellisense. Likely due to Dynamic Intellisense / APIM calls.
But some defense-in-depth would be good:
- Don't hardcode CancellationToken.None
- We should cancellation even in sync paths. (in case there's a bug in intellisense, like an infinite loop. ). Can this be done in a non-breaking way?
- Double check that there's no way for us to be calling APIM in a tight loop. Maybe something on to track and enforce?
