Description
Quote:
The branch for the target upload must already exist in Partner Center. Package Uploader currently doesn't support branch creation.
Is this planned to be added as a feature in the future? To polish our Xbox CI pipeline it would be great if we could get this tool to do all the work of pushing a built package up into a new, named branch...

Start by reviewing the PackageUploader upload flow and the Partner Center API requirements for creating branches. Confirm how a named target branch is supplied during package upload, then verify that the tool can create the branch and complete the upload for the Xbox CI workflow.
