Typo and missing package in the requirements

Please consider to fix the typo and missing package (flash_attn) in the requirement.txt

The correct should be

einops==0.8.0
flash-attn==2.6.3

Also please consider to give the sample command to download the weight in HF, mine for your reference:

Install HF CLI if not installed:

pip install -U "huggingface_hub[cli]"

Download the weight from the entire repo:

Start by checking requirement.txt against the requested einops and flash-attn entries, then review the existing project documentation around the weights directory. Add the Hugging Face CLI download guidance shown in the issue and verify that the dependency names and download paths match the requested commands.
