Description
Hi team 👋,
I'm using OmniTool and running the windows-local image defined in compose.yml under the omnitool/omnibox setup. I tried increasing the disk size of the Windows VM by modifying the DISK_SIZE environment variable (e.g., DISK_SIZE: "40G"), but it doesn’t seem to actually expand the storage available inside the VM.
Could you please clarify:
✅ How to properly increase the disk/storage size allocated to the Windows VM running in this Docker-based setup?
🐧 Is it possible to run Kali Linux or other Linux-based penetration testing tools alongside the Windows VM in this environment (either as separate containers or as supported VM images)?
My goal is to integrate Kali-based tools with Windows workflows for penetration testing automation using OmniTool agents. I'd appreciate any official guidance or examples!
Thanks again for this amazing project! 🙏

Research direction
Start with the windows-local image definition in compose.yml and inspect how DISK_SIZE is consumed by the Docker-based VM setup. Determine whether storage expansion and running additional Linux images are supported, then document the confirmed configuration steps or limitations with an example if the repository provides one.
