Research direction

Begin with gradio_demo.py and reproduce the screenshot upload on Linux with an RTX 4090, checking the reported roughly 1 GB GPU use and more-than-one-hour wait. Compare the observed behavior with the expected result and document the reproducible cause or resolution; done means explaining why processing does not complete or providing a verified fix.
