Description
On the website is video results, where the scale / shift are consistent across the video.
If I just run the method per frame, it is very obviously that these are not consistent.
Is there code to make it consistent?

Research direction
Start by reviewing the website's video results and comparing them with running the method independently on each frame. Determine how scale and shift should remain consistent across a video; done means the resulting frame outputs no longer show obvious scale or shift changes.
