Description

I want to take a picture on my HL2 Unity app that has both the real world and the virtual objects.
I am unable to find any documentation on how to do this using MRTK3. This is the documentation I currently found:

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/mixed-reality/develop/unity/mixed-reality-capture-unity

However, this seems to be for an earlier version of MRTK. To enable "Windows MR Camera settings provider", I need to "Select the MixedRealityToolkit object in the scene hierarchy." according to the documentation, however, there is no such object when using MRTK3. I only have the MRTKInputSimulator and the MRTK XR Rig.

Am I missing something?

I feel like this is something that definitely has documentation but I am unable to find the steps to enable mixed reality capture on MRTK3 for the Hololens2. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Research direction

Start by comparing the linked Mixed Reality Capture Unity documentation with the MRTK3 scene setup described in the issue, especially the missing MixedRealityToolkit object and Windows MR Camera settings provider. Verify the supported MRTK3 and HoloLens 2 setup, then document the working steps or clearly record any limitation.
