I'm always frustrated when this annoying popup shows up bimonthly and sometimes not paying attention, I hit the wrong button. I sometimes use extensions from GitHub, I understand it's a safety concern but some users know their way around and don't need excessive babysitting.
Describe the solution you'd like
After showing up the first time (for each sideloaded extension), this pop-up allow you to dismiss it for ever.
