Microhack Description
Add a new Adaptive Apps MicroHack under 03-Azure/01-01-App Innovation.
The MicroHack teaches platform engineering teams how to use Radius to define portable, policy-driven application platforms and deploy the same application model across cloud, on-premises, edge, and disconnected environments. The planned challenge track covers platform preparation, Radius deployment, reusable resource types and recipes, application portability, identity, secure service-to-service communication, adaptable AI services, custom Radius resources, and brownfield modernization.
The source material has already been prepared in the microhack-EU branch of microsoft/adaptive-apps. It will be recreated in the MicroHack repository using the repository template and conventions rather than copied unchanged. This includes normalizing lowercase/dash-separated paths, making required resources self-contained, fixing relative links, removing remaining template placeholders, and aligning the student challenges and coach walkthrough with the MicroHack structure.

Research direction
Start by reading the repository template and the prepared material in the microhack-EU branch of microsoft/adaptive-apps, especially tutorials/MicroHack-AdaptiveApps. Recreate it under 03-Azure/01-01-App Innovation/04-adaptive-apps, following the repository conventions. Done means the content is self-contained, paths and relative links are normalized, placeholders are removed, and the student challenges and coach walkthrough follow the MicroHack structure.
