Description
First, thank you for releasing the model weights and the clean packed inference pipeline, the code is readable and the architecture is really well-documented. It's clear a lot of thought went into the inference API.
I'm excited about adapting this stack for my own training, but after reading through the paper and the repo, I realize none of the training code has been published yet. I wanted to ask about your plans, and also flag a few specific gaps that would make it much easier for the community to build on this work.

Research direction
The issue mentions the paper, repository, model weights, and packed inference pipeline, but names no file, test, or entry point. Read those materials first to identify the training-code gaps; done would require a maintainer decision or documented plan for releasing training code and addressing the listed community needs.
