Description
A variable of type shared_ptr is not recognized as a pointer to T, thus cannot be expanded in the locals/watch/etc as other pointers are. The user is forced to type *foo in the watch window to get the value. This is especially bad when the value is in an stl container.

Research direction
No files or tests are named. Start by tracing how shared_ptr is classified and expanded in the locals, watch, and container views; done means shared_ptr is treated as a pointer to T without requiring an explicit *foo expression.
