Debug.MIDebugLaunch /OptionsFile requires full path

Description
When using an options file with Debug.MIDebugLaunch when using autocomplete it will show you files in your project which is great for keeping that file available. Unfortunately you need to use the full path with that flag for it to access the file. The full path is not populated when you select your file.
I'm ambivalent on whether the full path should be used or not required, but if the file is made available for selection when chosen it should work.
