Description

When using Debug.MIDebugLaunch in the Command Window it requires the flag /Executable but as near as I can tell does not care what you pass to it. I normally just give it foo and so long as my options file is correct everything still works. Seems like this flag should be removed or made optional.

Research direction

Start by locating the Debug.MIDebugLaunch command registration and its /Executable argument parsing in MIEngine. Reproduce the command in the Visual Studio Command Window with an options file and a placeholder executable value. Done means /Executable is optional or removed, while valid launches using the options file still work.
