Description

The locals tests currently hits breakpoints that are not set. I have not investigated it yet. The TestScript.xml currently contains additional go's to get past these false breakpoint events.

Research direction

Start by examining the locals tests and TestScript.xml, especially the additional go commands used to pass false breakpoint events. Trace why breakpoints are reported without being set, then verify that the locals tests no longer encounter those spurious events or require the extra commands.
