Research direction

Start by locating SetExceptionBreakpoint and ExceptionOptions, then review how the protocol library represents SetExceptionBreakpointsResponse and its Breakpoints list. Determine how condition strings are validated and how failed filters should be reported; done means invalid conditions are detected according to the latest protocol.
