Description
I have my own implementation of MICore.IPlatformAppLauncher in my debugger. I need to do something on debugger stop, and I do it in the IPlatformAppLauncher.terminate(). However that method is also called when I issue menu command "Debug=> Detach all". That's not desired. So how can I tell in my code that detach instead of terminate is issued by user ?
Thanks.

Research direction
Start by tracing the IPlatformAppLauncher.terminate() entry point and the Debug=>Detach all command in MIEngine. Determine whether the payload exposes a distinct detach path, with completion defined as allowing a custom launcher to distinguish detach from terminate.
