Description

At loopback creation time, the MIDI Settings app (and the MIDI console) need to validate that the generated MIDI 1.0 port names are unique across the entire domain of MIDI 1 port names in the system, including loopbacks, USB, etc.

Of course, it will only work with currently active endpoints, but the validation still needs to be done.
