Research direction

The issue provides only a screenshot and says that evaluation on the same synthetic dataset produces unexpected output. No file, test, or entry point is named; start by reproducing the training and evaluation flow using the synthetic dataset, then trace the KB generation mode. Done means identifying and fixing the cause of the incorrect evaluation output, with a regression check.
