Description
I am conducting an urban structural analysis of Tehran, Iran, and noticed thick patches of geometric data gaps (empty data artifact) in the building footprints dataset.
Location: Greater Tehran, Iran
The Issue: There is a clean, rectangular patch where no building footprints are extracted, surrounded by residential footprint vectors. In addition, there are multiple small no-data patches inside the city.
I have attached multiple spatial plots demonstrating the exact problem. It would be great if you could check this issue and fix it in future releases and updates.
Thank you!

Research direction
Start by reviewing the attached plots and reproducing the rectangular and smaller no-data patches in the Greater Tehran building-footprints data. Trace the relevant release or extraction inputs to determine whether the gaps are data artifacts, then verify that the affected areas are corrected in a future release; no source files or tests are named in the issue.
