Description

## Problem statement

After deployment, teams need coordinated cost, quota, reliability, compliance, access, policy, and infrastructure guidance. Treating these as unrelated checks hides tradeoffs and remediation priorities.

## Outcome

Teams can assess, govern, and optimize their Azure estates using evidence-based recommendations and safe remediation paths.

## Goals

- Combine cost, quota, reliability, compliance, RBAC, policy, and architecture signals
- Prioritize recommendations by impact and risk
- Provide safe, reviewable remediation guidance
- Verify material changes after execution

## Non-goals

- Applying consequential changes without confirmation
- Replacing Azure governance and management products

## Success criteria

- [ ] Assessments use current estate evidence
- [ ] Recommendations explain impact, risk, and dependencies
- [ ] Remediation workflows preserve least privilege and verify results

## Dependencies

Azure Advisor, Cost Management, Policy, RBAC, compliance, reliability, and resource inventory tools.
