Investigate if new list command from 33b4c9bd3db1c3b6efffb7c0f7068a88d533af9f can grab data from registry/somewhere about non-packaged apps?
i.e. we want to be able to detect if there's newly installed non-packaged apps to help folks be able to find/run those for quicker ad-hoc testing.
