Description
Table in nested ReadMe to show feature availability.
We should we do one for FM and one for Config Provider
The config provider should live in https://github.com/Azure/AppConfiguration?tab=readme-ov-file
Unclear where FM should live. For now https://github.com/microsoft/FeatureManagement

Research direction
Review the nested README and the linked Azure AppConfiguration and FeatureManagement repositories first. Confirm where the Config Provider table belongs and decide where the Feature Management table should live. Done means both tables clearly show feature availability across languages in the agreed README locations.
