Description
Add notebook examples for the usage of different [schedulers supported in `flaml.tune`](https://github.com/microsoft/FLAML/blob/main/flaml/tune/tune.py#L222). The examples are similar to the one used in this [test file](https://github.com/microsoft/FLAML/blob/main/test/tune/test_scheduler.py).
