Description
Hi,
I want to stream a file from HTTP or HTTPs but I don't know how to set these options:
- (Solved) - Problem was blank spaces in URL.
- Ignore Certificate Warning or Errors on HTTPS Connections (if possible).
I tried to use Windows.Web.Http.HttpClient but that won't work very well.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the HTTPS streaming request described in the issue and review the Windows.Web.Http.HttpClient usage mentioned there. Determine which FFmpegInterop streaming entry point handles the URL and certificate behavior; done should be defined as a documented, tested outcome for untrusted or missing certificates.
