Description

Any chance Brian Beecher could finish the conversion of the cppwinrt branch to C++/WinRT throughout (some bits are still C++/CX) and then swap in the vcpkg version of ffmpeg? This would bring the lib fully into the present.

Research direction

Start by inspecting the cppwinrt branch and identifying the remaining C++/CX code in the FFmpegInterop library. Review how FFmpeg is currently supplied, then compare the project with the vcpkg version of FFmpeg. Done means the library uses C++/WinRT throughout and builds against the vcpkg FFmpeg dependency.
