Description
On the live stream this solution is show a very poor image quality in uwp projects?
I build the last ffmpeg with vcpkg and use VS 2017....
I probe some other ffmpeginterop solution but get a same issue.
With ffplay and VLC the stream work perfectly and show a nice image quality with max. 2 sec latecy
I use the wowza engine for a live stream. 1080x1920 res with AAC sound and h264 encoder
