Description
For non-production environments we'll likely have multiple environments emitting telemetry to the same App Insights instance, so it would be useful to have an "environment Id" filter at the top of each dashboard.

Research direction
Start by locating the dashboard definitions and reviewing how telemetry from multiple environments is queried in the shared App Insights instance.
