Description
For DXGI devices, the tool shows just the 'optional' support for formats leaving the rest defined by feature level.
It would be useful to have all the 'required' formats displayed at least in an opt-in mode as the Microsoft docs can be hard to navigate.

Research direction
Start by running dxcapsviewer.exe and inspecting the current DXGI format display, then compare its optional-format output with the Microsoft feature-level requirements. Done means an opt-in view shows all required formats alongside the existing optional support. The issue names no source files or tests, so locating the relevant display code will require repository exploration.
