Research direction

The issue mentions no repository files, tests, or entry points. Start by checking the VS Code extension publisher verification requirements and the repository's publishing configuration. Confirm what domain ownership evidence is required and whether obtaining the blue star is possible; done when the publisher is verified or the blocker is documented.
